APPLICATION
For use on any application where surface temperature monitoring is desired or required.
DESCRIPTION
ADB lug sensors are designed to monitor surface temperatures and are available with any of 4B’s continuous output signals. The lug sensor bolts directly onto a bearing housing, motor, gearbox or machine casing. The mounting hole is 3/8” from the factory, but can be drilled up to 1/2” if needed. Lug connectors are fitted with ADB series temperature sensors. The sensors are supplied with a nine foot cable. The connections are not polarity sensitive therefore special connection requirements are eliminated, and the cable can be extended in the field. The ADB sensor series are available in three types for continuous temperature monitoring:
 1. 4-20 mA for 4B’s IE-Node and PLC/DCS systems
 2. NTC for 4B’s Hotbus, IE-Node, and Watchdog systems
 3. PT100 - RTD for PLC/DCS systems
